Roger Thomas:
A Perfected World

For thirty years Roger Thomas has created unique and trendsetting environments for Steve Wynn’s destination resorts including the Bellagio, Wynn Las Vegas, and Encore. In 2007 and again in 2010, he was listed in Architectural Digest’s
AD 100 and in 2008 Interior Design magazine awarded him “Designer of the Year.” For this exclusive exhibition, Thomas will include limited editions of his furnishings and lighting each uniquely created with hand drawings inspired by the 18th
century French decorative arts that inform his work. Some of the furnishings used in this exhibition were created for the Architectural Digest Green Room at the 2010 Academy Awards. In addition the exhibition will include 12 hand embroidered silk textiles and 12 pastel gestural drawings of architectural details on fine handmade paper. Bespoke furnishing, lighting, floor covering, and two dimensional artworks will combine surface and
object to create an integrated and perfected space.
