The Arts and Crafts Movement in Great Britain and the corresponding ripples that made their way across the Atlantic Ocean were felt in the work of Jesse Arms Botke (1883-1971). Die Arts-and-Crafts-Bewegung in Großbritannien und die entsprechenden Wellen, die ihren Weg über den Atlantik fanden, waren im Werk von Jesse Arms Botke (1883-1971) zu spüren. Botke wurde in Chicago, Illinois, geboren, fand aber ihre Heimat in Kalifornien, wo sie zunächst in Carmel und später in Südkalifornien eine erfolgreiche Karriere machte.
