GEORGES LEMMEN Georges Lemmen was a Belgian painter and printmaker associated with Neo-Impressionism and Pointillism. Born in Schaerbeek, Belgium, he studied at the Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts in Brussels. Lemmen was influenced by Georges Seurat and the Divisionist technique, applying small, distinct brushstrokes of color to create luminous compositions.
